Mattel Brands

As the only designer in the agency I was initially solely responsible for the asset design of 5 Mattel brands, ideating and creating daily content in month blocks for each brand. It was a really exciting client to work with, I mean I got to play with toys all day, photograph them, create content with them, a dream! But we also didn’t always have the right products, situations and environments so there was a lot of super-imposing needed. It was also great to be a part of the Barbie ‘You Can Be Anything’ campaign, empowering young girls and boys to be what ever they want to be and representing that through their toys.

After my first year I acquired a junior digital designer and junior motion graphics designer to work on the BAU while I facilitated ideation sessions, pitched new content ideas to the client, oversaw the quality of content, and covered PR events on our digital channels with the brand’s PR team.
